1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that handling time is 1–2 business days, and we process orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
4. What is your order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed by 04:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
5. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
6. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns of non-defective and defective products as long as they are new, unused, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
7. How do I return a product?
A prepaid return label is included in your package. Simply pack the item in its original condition and send it back using the label provided.
8. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
